Choglanndhep provides event planning and party styling services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns for our services and any physical products we may provide. Please read this policy carefully before booking our services.
Service Cancellations
Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of event planning services, cancellation policies vary based on the timing of the cancellation and the services already rendered.
Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel your event planning services, the following terms apply:
More than 30 days before event
You may cancel and receive a full refund of any deposit, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred (such as vendor deposits, custom orders, or design work completed).
15-30 days before event
You may cancel, but will forfeit 50% of the total service fee. Any remaining balance will be refunded, minus non-refundable expenses.
Less than 15 days before event
Cancellations within 15 days of the event date are not eligible for refunds, as most planning and preparation work will have been completed. However, we will work with you to reschedule if possible.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@choglanndhep.world.
Cancellation by Choglanndhep
In the rare event that we must cancel your event services due to circumstances beyond our control, we will:
- Provide a full refund of all payments made
- Assist in finding alternative solutions, if possible
- Provide as much advance notice as circumstances allow
Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards and vouchers purchased from Choglanndhep are subject to the following terms:
- Refunds: Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law.
- Expiration: Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Transferability: Gift cards and vouchers may be transferred to another person, but cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Partial Use: If the value of services exceeds the gift card or voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid separately.
Physical Products
If we provide any physical products (such as decorations, party supplies, or custom items), the following return policy applies:
Eligible Returns
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Items are not custom-made or personalized
- Items are not perishable or consumable
- Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Perishable items (food, flowers, etc.)
- Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing
- Bank Transfers: Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account
- Gift Cards: Refunds will be issued as store credit or a new gift card
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Service Modifications
If you need to modify your event (change date, location, guest count, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. Modification requests are subject to:
- Availability of our services on the new date
- Additional costs if the modification increases the scope of work
- Potential loss of deposits made to vendors for the original event details
We will work with you to accommodate reasonable modifications whenever possible.
Disputes and Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
For service-related disputes:
- Contact us within 7 days of your event to report any issues
- Provide detailed information about your concerns, including photos if applicable
- We will review your complaint and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution
Resolution options may include partial refunds, service credits, or other remedies as appropriate to the circumstances.
